Chaerophyllum bulbosum, commonly known as turnip-rooted chervil or tuberous-rooted chervil, is a biennial herbaceous plant native to Europe and Western Asia. It is cultivated for its edible tubers, which resemble dark gray carrots with yellowish-white flesh. The plant has fringelike divided leaves and produces large umbels of white flowers.
